Hello everyone!
Over the last weeks i wrote a few shaders of those i want to share these two with you. For "more" information and downloads visit my little "homepage".


C2D is a much improved version of my old shader. It's somehow similar to 2xSai. It's working pretty fine with 2d and 3d games. It's faaast, too.
TIP: for best results use high x,high y and perhaps screen filtering. always try without texture filtering first. other options as you prefer.


CComic tries to make your game look like a comic. Looks great on Crash Bandicoot - perhaps on others, too.

Shader homepage

  • added c2d 1.11, changed code, speed plus 100-120% since 1.00, final version

  • added ccomic 1.02, "bug" fixed, speed +35%

I already converted the C2D part to ARB. But on my card it's somewhat slower than GLSL. So, I don't know if I'll release it. If you want to further optimize it, your help is welcome.

Impressive, really fast, but if you use OGL2texture instead of tex...

My exams are over and I finally found some time to make a few changes to C2D. This version will be the final version (hopefully, I'll only fix it if it doesn't run for somebody). I don't plan improving it further - it's extremly fast and I've reached my personal goal. Besides there's equal to zero feedback in this forum and I've lost interest in developing shaders. Enjoy the shaders!

I honestly must say that i'm upset to see you quit. In this subforum there isn't much traffic - and you as one of the most active members will sure leave a hole.

Why don't you want to continue to write shaders? Too little feedback? That's a hard one in this forum - at least for me. Are you out of ideas? Don't have enough time anymore? Whatever it is - I wish you the Best of the Bests.
