I'm using the OGL2 2.8 driver with epsxe 1.6. It was working fine but then I used end process on it from task manager, now it doesn't work.

Also just to clarify, I can make configs, but when i run them epsxe is just a blank screen and when i press esc to exit to the menu part and load my game it just exits.

ok.... I fixed that by checking the gui box.... and now the cheats i have dont work, is there some way of checking if they are loading?
