UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

The HOLY RESPIRATION


On Easter Monday 2004, I had a Vision and was given the HOLY RESPIRATION. I heard:

'THE LIGHT-BODY IS BECOMING REALITY.
A NEW EXPERIENCE IS COMING INTO THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF HUMANITY.
IT IS DONE.'

And they all sang, it was singing everywhere:
'PRAISE TO GOD AND PEACE TO MEN.'

And then HE taught me a NEW WAY OF BREATHING, a very holy kind of respiration, that will bring the LIGHTBODY into reality, and it is very easy...

I perceived: HE SAID:
'THIS IS THE NEW RESPIRATION:
BREATHE CONSCIOUSLY THE LIGHT AND
LOVE OF GOD WITH YOUR HEART- CHAKRA.
THE HEART-CHAKRA WILL REACH THESE PLANES.
DO NOT WATCH YOUR LUNGS AND NOSE AT ALL,BUT
JUST THINK CONSCIOUSLY OF MY LIGHT AND MY LOVE
WHILE BREATHING. SOON THIS WILL BECOME A HABIT
AND WORK BY ITSELF,JUSTLIKE YOUR BREATHING OF AIR.
THIS IS THE CREATION OF THE BODY OF LIGHT.

AT THE SAME TIME THIS WILL MEAN CLEARING AND SELF-
REGULATION OF BODY, MIND AND SOUL, OF THE AURA.
AUTOMATICALLY, AIR - BREATHING WILL CONTINUE
WHILE DOING SO, BUT IN A DIMINISHED WAY,AS FAR
AS THE BODY STILL NEEDS AIR.THERE IS NO NEED
TO PAY ANY ATTENTION TO IT. THE AIR-
BREATHING WILL LESSEN, BUT CON-
TINUE AS LONG AS YOU ARE
STAYING ON EARTH.

BY BREATHING THE NEW WAY, EVERYTHING WILL BE MUCH EASIER AND MORE CHEERFUL FOR YOU,
EVEN YOUR DAILY 'DUTIES'. THIS IS THE WAY ALL ANGELS AND LIGHT BEINGS ARE BREATHING,
ACTUALLY ALL BEINGS OF THE HIGHER NON-MATERIAL PLANES, ALL ANIMALS AND PLANTS
OF NATURE - EVEN YOUR CHILDREN IN THEIR MOTHERS' WOMB. AFTER BIRTH, WHEN
STARTING TO BREATH AIR, THEY ARE LOSING THIS CONNECTION TO ME, NOW
APPARENTLY BEING SEPARATED IN PAIN - THIS IS BUT AN ILLUSION.'
I had been breathing this way for several days, and soon began to
feel inner tension and deep exhaustion. This self - clearing and
-regulation wastaking a lot of strength,because therewere many
very heavy energies leaving me, all at once and much
faster than usual, complexes of deeply rooted
problems were going at once.I become very
sensitive,very tangible,even had to cry,
something I had almost forgotten.

AND HE SPOKE:
'LOOK,THE LAST HUMAN BONDS ARE LEAVING YOU NOW.LET THEM GO:
Human perception - human melancholy - human weakness.
EVERYTHING WILL TURN OUT WELL. WHEN YOU ARE USED
TO THIS RESPIRATION AND IT HAS BECOME AN AUTO-
MATIC ACTION, EVERYTHING WILL BE DIFFERENT.'
This Breathing will best work for you, when you have
already learned to be in Unconditional LOVE and
LIVE it. You should be living in deep LOVE, if
possible in HIGH LOVE. This Respiration
resembles the Chakra Pulsation,but it is
not the same.The chakra pulsation is
preparation and attunement to
what had
not been
able to
come until now - but it,
too, is preparation for Ascension.
