I appologize if I'm bothering anyone or in the wrong place, but is there a shader that acts like the Super Eagle filter in the P.E.Op.S. Software driver?

Yes.
There is a 2xSaI shader, but it does not run with the OGL2 plugin since it requires some aditional texture samplers. And the OGL2 plugin does not support that kind of shaders right now.

Hmm...darn. Alright.
I'll have to look over some different shaders then.
