when i'm playing ff7 the sound stutters when i'm loading a new part of the map, in fights and going into the swirling battle. i was wondering if there is a way around this?

oh ya i forgot to add that i'm using
P.E.Op.S. DSound Audio Driver 1.9
Enable Sound
Enable CDDA Sound
Enable XA sound
Mode 2: Use SPUasync
volme !: medium
Reverb 2: PSX reverb
Interpolation 2: Guassian interpolation

Enable XA playing

my sound is Intel onboard, SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio

My fps stays at 59.9 85% of the time.. it only drops fps when i'm going into the swirl and it drops to like 35 for a split second and then goes back up to 59.9

Try EternalSPU 1.41 or 1.50

at a friends office, he has a pentium D, 2 ghz
but when i load the game i want to play the sound seems to come out slow and the graphics too.

That option remove the stutter of the sound, but you will lose compatibility with some games, as MGS. Even so, I do not know how FF7 will behave...
