Is my first attempt to write a shader program.
It only do blur but is configurable, via OGL2 shader level, from 3x3 to 11x11 tap blur.

Is a good shader, Mr. Roby, but i suggest you to modify the line:

vec2 texelStart = vec2(gl_TexCoord[0]) - vec2(matdim * coordX, matdim * coordY);

to:

vec2 texelStart = vec2(gl_TexCoord[0]) - vec2(coordX + coordX * OGL2Param.z, coordY + coordY * OGL2Param.z);

In this way the source pixel is centered.
