It would seem if I put try to put AA in Nvidia cp to run under this plug in it will not work at all.

The other Pete gpu Plugin work with AA but not this one, Is this know if so is there way to get AA to work in it?

Multisampling can not be used on texture render targets (unless specific extension, only available for GeForce 8 and higher, is used), which OGL 2.9 uses by default. You can disable rendering to texture, but you won't be able to use high internal resolutions in this case.
My advice: use Guest's AA shaders. They provide pretty high AA quality (just don't set shader value to maximum or the image will be blurred).
