Er... gives me some strange results.

First I changed the line in the .slf-File which produced some strange results again.
After that I downloaded rev I.
This one looked different so I guess you changed something else.

First, the good part.
What I like about this shader is that it kinda takes some "noise" out of 2D images which makes it more natural. Nice!

Unfortunately, there are slight "black boarders" round the edges of objects. Plus there are small black spots all over the image, some of them moving. How should I explain? Looks like small flies or something. ; D
For the 3D part, these black boarders seem to produce some "tiling" in textures, deviding them into squares. The black boarders also appear at the edges of polygon models.

Also, there is no typical hq2x-effect on the picture, it looks more like some kinda median filter.

So I guess it's still not working properly.

I also tested the .pss-File and it works!
It seems faster than the one I found on the web too, I will post some benchmark results later.
