Hercules and Love Affair werden ein zweites Album veröffentlichen. Andrew Butler, Mastermind der Band, hatte sich, noch bevor er Antony Hegarty (Antony & The Johnsons) für dieses Bandprojekt rekrutierte, einen Namen als DJ gemacht. Der Nachfolger des selbstbetitelten Debüts soll nun ein Remix-Album werden, berichtet Pitchfork. Es wird „Sidetracked" heißen und in den USA am 13. Juli über das Dance-Label Renaissance erscheinen. Die Platte enthält auch einen neuen Hercules and Love Affair- Song namens "I Can't Wait". Die Doppel-CD beinhaltet weiterhin ungemixte Versionen der meisten Tracks.

Watch Yoko Ono Duet With Antony

Pitchfork.tv has two brand new live clips from veteran boundary-smasher Yoko Ono, recorded at this year's Meltdown Festival in London. Both feature songs from her new album Between My Head and the Sky, and both feature vocals from another totally unmistakable singer: Antony Hegarty. Ono's son Sean Lennon accompanies.

The two songs couldn't be more different. "I'm Going Away Smiling" is a spare, somber, gorgeous ballad, with Yoko and Antony trading off vocals over a piano and what looks like a Theremin. "Moving Mountains" is a percussive, wordless rainforest psych jam that could practically be Black Dice or something. Check both of them out below:
