I know this has been asked numerous times...and i do not hav frame skipping on, but the battle menus will not show up at all

here is my exact configuration

If you set "Framebuffer Texture" to "0-Emulated VRAM" you must set "Framebuffer Access" to "4-Full software Drawing". You must also set "Off-screen Drawing" to "3-Enhanced" or "4-Extended". Don't set "Texture Quality" to "R5 G5 B5 A1", it break the transparency...
