i wake up and i hope this war is gonna end/
so we can breath, and find peace again/
to many soldiers losse they lifes, even civilians/
it started with hundreds and now we lost millions/
familys cry cause they lost they loved ones/
from rockets, bombs, missiles, grenades and guns/
this war aint no fun, this aint bout honor/
when the gov is treatin this war like they playen command and conquer/
but its sad and looks like we cant stop em/
people keep dien soldiers keep droppen/
the gov. is lien, when we ask they keep on blocken/
no matter what they hit, they keep on bombin/
im gonna vommit, from the torn apart bodys in the streets/
hours past already, but you still feel the gun heat/
kids with no heads, woman with no legs/
entire buildings knocked out and the people that lived inside are dead/
the desert is filled with bloody streets and screamin/
i wonder when this war is over and our troops are leavin/
i hope they will all come home soon/
and when they pass me and the flag im gonna salute/
yeah...
