The main problem is that your shader will only work with one (well, if you are lucky a few more) psx game(s), since every game can (and will) use the psx vram differently. So you will have to call it "FF9 motion blur" or "CC motion blur", etc.

And of course it is not sure that you will always find two complete frames in the vram at vsync time... often one of the frames is already cleared, for example... so some games will not work at all with such a shader.

The only real way would be if I would alloc another vram texture(s), and copy the current content into it/them.... but that will cost lotta gfx card vram, of course... we will see
