hello i'm a dutch boy and my german is not so good, so i'm speaking english. I bought my aldipod today, everything works, except the clickwheel, I can't move from english to dutch of german by language, i only can use the buttons, not the clickwheel. Also i can't turn it louder of softer. Could someone please help me?

i'm sorry he does work, how can i make it sensitiver? it's very hard to scroll to a next song
