hello
i don't know if this is the right subforum to post this in, if not please move it to another area.

i just want to warn about a bug in nvidia linux driver on german systems:
everytime i tried to run games in epsxe with certain custom shaders on, i'd get an error like this

Code:
1:
2:
3:

Internal error: assembly compile error for fragment shader at offset z:
line x, column y:  error: expected '}'

some shaders from guests(r)'s pack worked, but most didn't and i thought i'm going crazy
after some pulled out hairs and some googleing, i found this thread on the gamedev forums:
http://www.gamedev.net/community/forums … 2;

so the compiler converts the standard decimal point '.' to the comma ',' used in germany for the decimalchar

the workaround to the problem ('export LANG=C' before starting epsxe) works nicely

i hope this is a help and saves some time for german users who have the same problem...
