First thanks to Pete for creating all of these great plugins, so I don't have to buy (another PSX to pay my old games.
However my problem is that whatever I try I cannot use the OpenGL2 version of the plugin, though I a using a pretty powerful card with 256MB VRAM? I am not using the standard ATI drivers thoug, but the enhanced Omega drivers from here http://www.omegadrivers.net/ which work much better and faster than the ATI. Even some PC games have had problems with the Omega drivers (FIFA 2008), but most of them work fine.
When I try to run Pete's OGL2 drivers I get the dreaded 'WGL extensions missing'. Is this because of my Omega drivers or would this card not be supported anyway by the OGL2 drivers even with the regular ATI drivers (which I wouldn't like to go back to).
Btw, also a weird thing, I get EXACTLY the same performance with Pete's D3D and DX6 D3D plugins, isn't one of them supposed to be software, and thus much slower?
I am running XPSP3 on Pentium 4ht at 3.2GHz with 2GB of PC4200 dual-channel RAM, and games like Vagrant Story are still running very slow with the above plugins
thanks!

For OGL2 I recommend you to try latest ATI drivers.

What do you mean? Both D3D 6 and 7 provide hardware acceleration.

Maybe I am wrong, but I thought I read in the documentation that of the three drivers included in the 1.77 zip file, one is DirectX, one is Software and one is OpenGL. It is obvious which one is OpenGL, and I assumed that the D3D is the software one while DX6 D3D is the DirectX one? No? What is the difference between the D3D and the DX6 D3D then (having in mind I am running DX9)?
As for the ATI drivers, any chance the OGL2 would work in the Omega drivers anytime soon? I really like the added performance of the Omega over the stock ATI drivers
thanks!

Why would D3D be a software one? you should search the main site harder, peopsoft is the Software plugin.
