Wenn sich genug Leute in Deutschland für den Film interessieren dann wird der Film bestimmt auch bei uns laufen. Kann mir nicht vorstellen dass die Produzenten oder Aaliyah's Familie halbe sachen machen. Der Film wird Hammer! Mehr Leute werden sich für Babygirl interessieren 100 pro.

It looks like all the hype from the recent "Notorious" movie is giving the R&B world a swift kick in the Apple Bottoms. According to Bill Condon, the director attached to the Aaliyah biopic, the cast of the film is hitting the history books to make sure this film is a perfect rendition of the amazing singers life.

"We are going to great extremities to make this movie perfect. We have (Keisha) Chante in extensive training studying, speaking with family members, watching personal footage and in choreography training with Aaliyah's choreographer and dear friend Fatima Robinson. This movie will will be seamless the same way it was for Selena fans who enjoyed Jennifer Lopez," Condon, who also directed hit film "Dreamgirls" starring Sasha Fierce Beyonce Knowles, said.

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa! Easy on the comparisons Mr. Condon. You don't see me walking around saying that Amy Adams is the new Julia Roberts ... not yet, at least. But, comparing a yet-to-be-filmed movie to the best pop-diva biopic ever made is just plain nutty. I will give you major props on that "Dreamgirls" movie, I heard it was good (yeah, I couldn't sit through it). But let's just all take a deep breath.

In addition to Keisha Chante, the BMG recording artist attached to play Aaliyah, the "One In A Million" singer's choreographer Fatima Robinson, Missy Elliott, Timbaland and Ginuwine are to be featured in the film. Music video director Hype Williams has also been tapped for the film to recreate Aaliyah's final video shoot for "Rock The Boat."

So let's all cross our fingers and hope that Ms. Chante pulls off her black bikini-top best. God knows I miss her (sorry, Ciara, you just haven't held up). Take a look at Keisha's video for "U2" below, and get a taste of her before all of her "lessons" kick in. I think I have hope

Ich hoffe so sehr das der Film, wenn er wirklich erscheint, auch in den deutschen Kinos zu sehen sein wird. Obwohl der Hype um Aaliyah hier ja LEIDER sehr gering ist.

Da Left Eyes neuestes Album auch in Deutschland erhätlich ist,(was ja vorher keiner geglaubt hat)denke ich, dass der Film über Aaliyah auch in Deutschland in den Kinos erscheinen wird!!!
