The GSlang files don't seem to be working for me. Epsxe runs without crashes but the shader effects don't seem to be working. I'm running Ubuntu 7.04 with a Nvidia GeForce 6150, and after running Epsxe from the terminal and exiting after a few minutes, I got this:

I have created a Shaders and a shaders directory in the executable directory, and the shader effects that don't require external files work fine. I'm using Pete's XGL2 plugin 2.08.

Doesn't work here either... I'm on Ubuntu Feisty and have a Radeon 9600, here's my epsxe log:

* Init gpu[0][libgpuPeteXGL2.so.2.0.8]
ERROR: 0:22: 'pre-mature EOF' : syntax error parse error
ERROR: 1 compilation errors. No code generated.

Did you try adding an empty line to the end of the shader files? I just fixed my problem using that.
