Hello everybody

I 'd be very happy to communicate with you in german but my german skills are very very bad (and sometimes my english too )
So it's better for me to use the english part of the forum...
As it is written in the thema title I'm a quite new fan. For 2 months only (although I new his hits Der Kommissar and Rock me Amadeus from the early 80's)
It has came to me quit suddlenly and I'm still surprised about it...
2 months ago I heard "rock me Amadeus" on the radio while driving and I thought "What a goodlooking guy he was, pity he ended that way" and on the same evening I surfed the internet to find more information about him, I liked very much all the sites I visited and I was very touch by his biographie and life. In the next days I started downlaoding some songs to hear what it sounded like(ups ! I shouldn't admit this). The firt song I listened to (except Kommissar and Amadeus) was OUT OF DARK , I loved it immediately. Then a week later I bought the DVD of Donauinsel concert. I can really call myself a fan from the day I put this DVD in the player...
It was like the Thunderstruck during NACHTFLUG...love at first sight (or at the fist listening). Since then, I 've added the Everything DVD, the Hoch wie nie tribute VHS tape ( their are playing almost non-stop on my players ) and a BIG BIG GERMAN-FRENCH dictionnary...

I hope I didn't bored you to death with my little Falco story. I am very happy for finding this forum and be able to chat with other fan who feel like me because here in France, Falco is only known for his 2 hits.
Shame ! he really deserved an international career..

hey everyone:
im taking german in school and my teacher has been playing falco music and ive heard it before and i really like it would either of u know if they still sell the cds here in the US?

watch ebay.com - here you will find many Falco stuff, often for low prices.

even amazon.com has a few of his cd's. in stores around here I havent had a lot of luck, most of them can"t afford to stock a lot of non-current stuff, which is a crying shame.
there's always downloads.....
I tend to cruise the stores every time I'm in europe - which is of course the expensive way to go...

I discovered falco only a few monthes ago but i actually know by heart the lyrics of about twenty falco's songs
I discovered him because my german teacherin gave to us awful german music, all people in the class was very disapionted by that and i asked my father if there were good german music, and he told me to tryna listen to falco, and i loved it :p
