Guest, I put your copyright in the vertex code for my version. I don't really know how this stuff works, so let me know if that's alright. As for a history of the OGL2 plugin shader coding, that would be good. I don't really have time to work on that though.

The vertex file has the must-be standard structure, so there is no need to copyright this specific vertex file.

Since Pete seems to be absen most the time i would really appreciate if we (who post here) can keep the things clean and legal and settle matters with some intelligent dialogue.

Okay, moved it to the fragment file. I have some webspace I'm not using, perhaps I can set it up so we can put this stuff on there.

Guest, I have found the reason why your shaders does not work under linux (haven't tried in windows, but I think they won't work there too for NVIDIA cards).
You forgot to add new line at the end of slv files. NVIDIA driver gives compiler error on it. I added new line and shaders work fine after that.
